Do we need reservations?
Yes. Trips frequently fill up and we need to plan for how many guests are coming. Also we keep in contact with you in case the trip is canceled due to bad weather. We also need a minimum of 6 guests for our public trips to run.

What is your cancellation policy?
For individuals, it is 24 hours. More than 24 hours' notice; no charge. Less than 24 hours notice; the full amount is due. For groups, it is 2 weeks' notice. More than 2 weeks' notice; no charge. Less than 2 weeks' notice; the full amount is due. Weather cancellation: The Captain and crew will evaluate the weather conditions on the day of the charter. If we cancel due to unsafe or unsuitable conditions; no charge. Please do not e-mail us to cancel. Call & leave us a message, our iPhones record the time/date.

What is included on your snorkeling trips?
Keylypso provides masks, snorkels, fins, snorkeling vests, bottled water and snacks. We rent wet suits for $10.00. Keylypso sun shirts are available for purchase.

Does Keylypso provide towels?
No (Can be arranged for private charters).
​
Can we bring a cooler?
No. We have plenty of space and ice in our coolers if you wish to put a sandwich or non-alcoholic drink in them. We do not allow BYOB on any trip.

Where do you go on your snorkeling trips?
Peanut Island (man-made island inside the Lake Worth Inlet).
Ocean: We snorkel the south jetty and the reefs off of Palm Beach in 7-15 feet of water.

What will we see?
It is like a big aquarium! We always see lots of tropical fish, and there is always a possibility of seeing turtles, manatees, dolphins, rays, starfish and maybe even a whale. Be sure to check out our picture gallery.

Is there any coral?
Yes. In this area, we have some hard corals, sea fans and sponges.

What if we have never snorkeled before?
No problem! We will give you instructions on the boat!

Do we need to know how to swim?
Yes!

What are the ages for your snorkeling trips?
5 and up on the Peanut Island trip. 8 and up are recommended for the ocean trip.

Can we bring our own snorkeling equipment?
Yes.
​
What if I wear glasses?
In the water objects look 25% larger and closer.
​
Do you teach Scuba Diving?
Yes. We have programs for beginners through advanced. We are PADI instructors, (PADI is recognized internationally and largest certification agency of scuba divers).

Is gratuity (tip) included?
No. The crew appreciates any tip/gratuity. We accept Zelle or Venmo. Can also be added to your cc on file after the trip.

Where are you located?
We are located in Lake Park Marina in Lake Park, FL We meet on the north side of the marina at the marina office. Google Lake Park Marina for directions. FYI: If you enter the address into your GPS it brings you to the south side of the marina, we are on the north side.

Can we smoke?
No Smoking/Vaping is permitted.

Sunscreen?
Yes, bring sunscreen. We do not allow spray sunscreen or suntan oils as we do not want to slip and slide around the boat!
