Do we need reservations?
Yes. Trips frequently fill up and we need to plan for how many guests are coming. Also we keep in contact with you in case the trip is canceled due to bad weather.

What is your cancellation policy?
For individuals, it is 48 hours. More than 48 hours' notice; no charge. Less than 48 hours notice; the full amount is due. Weather cancellation: The Captain and crew will evaluate the weather conditions on the day of the charter. If we cancel due to unsafe or unsuitable conditions you will be given a chance to rebook or a full refund will be issued. ​

Does Keylypso provide towels?
No (Can be arranged for private charters).

Can we bring a cooler?
Yes. We have plenty of space and ice in our coolers if you wish to put drinks in them. ​​

Do we need to know how to swim?
Yes!​

Can we bring our own snorkeling equipment?
Yes.​​
​
Is gratuity (tip) included?
No. The crew appreciates any tip/gratuity. We accept Zelle or Venmo. Can also be added to your cc on file after the trip.

Where are you located?
We are located in Lake Park Marina in Lake Park, FL We meet on the north side of the marina at the marina office. Google Lake Park Marina for directions. FYI: If you enter the address into your GPS it brings you to the south side of the marina, we are on the north side.

Can we smoke?
No Smoking/Vaping is permitted.

Sunscreen?
Yes, bring sunscreen. We do not allow spray sunscreen or suntan oils as we do not want to slip and slide around the boat!
